About
Each spring, all NYSGA volunteers are invited to attend a spring kick-off meeting in central New York. This meeting has three important purposes: (1) to introduce new members to the association, (2) provide educational seminars in tournaments/rules/course ratings, and (3) update members on important NYSGA activities for the upcoming season.

Education Seminars
There are three seminars being held at this meeting: (1) new volunteer orientation, (2) rules and competitions, and (3) course rating. These seminars may have portions held outdoors, so bring your golf shoes and warm outerwear!
Clothing Order Form (Donald Ross)
We have partnered with Donald Ross to provide clothing for all NYSGA volunteers at a discounted rate! We have mailed the order form to everyone. This form will include your clothing credit earned from days worked in 2017. These credits expire at the end of the year!
SIZING NOTE: Clothing in the Donald Ross line runs one size smaller than what you would normally wear. So if you are a large normally, in Donald Ross clothing you would be a size medium.

Tournament Volunteer Signups
We are no longer sending a sign-up form to tournament volunteers. We are no using an online form (see under "Tournament Volunteers" for "Sign-Up!"), with instructions provided on this page. In order to sign-up, you must be signed in per the instructional email sent to all volunteers.
Course Raters
Phil Grajko, the new Director of Course Rating and Measuring, will be attending the Spring Meeting and is excited to meet everyone! In order to help us prepare for the busy season ahead, we will be sending an email (by 4/12) with a survey to update your contact information.
